connect and expand...

After the first batch I needed to see what some of my other favorites look like.  I’m really liking this line-up.  Satomi Yuria is very funny and has a nice smile that reminds me of Tibetan-Chinese singer Alan Dolma.  Akiho, what’s to say that hasn’t been said?  Yuma, very cute.  and Minori, love how hardcore this woman is.

not sure but I might have to just rock the rest of the cast.  Do I like this group?  A lot.  Do I like the songs and show?  It’s become a weekly thing to watch on Wednesday or Thursday.  At first I didn’t think a group made up of AV and Gravure Idols would be impressive.  I knew Akiho of AV-fame but she just isn’t one I follow.  But then I heard Ropponpon Fantasy and I found myself checking out their other PVs.  Then that led to looking for any news on this unit.  And that led to finding their show, Onedari Muscat DX.  Now I am a loud supporter of this ‘AV-unit’.  dang, that’s a trip.  One song can really have an impact on you, and this one just so happen not to be my favorite, just my first.  yeah…so…that’s my Momma!

I remember a post from fellow Ebisu-Muscat fan, or #1 fan and fellow Tumblr(-er?) l4verra who posted a spec-design for a Ebisu Muscat shirt.  It was basic and to the point.  so I went ahead and tried my hand at it.  Now, I’m not yet savvy with art-programs and in comparison to my sketches, these are basic and to the point.  Instead of all the group I thought of letting fans show support for their favorite member.  So I grabbed one member and the colour they represent on the show.

there you have it, some fanboy art design shirt stuff.  I have other designs and ideas but again, I’m not so experienced on a tablet or art-software.  there’s always tomorrow.  

I’m a big fan of Ebisu Muscats.  I’m jumping over to jphip.com to always check out what others are saying about the group.  It’s almost how I felt when I first discovered Morning Musume.  then their show is also entertaining.  dang, I would type better but I’m hungover.  if I had to pick a top five of the members it would have to be…

alright, here we go…again…I guess…damn…

Alright, after so much self-debating on if I should only post completed projects or random sketches and stuff I’ve decided not to care.  Shouldn’t a blog be about having fun, logging random thoughts and etc?  So yeah, that’s what I’m gonna aim for from now on, so expect some of this and some of that…and hit me back with your randoms of randoms…

I’ve run into many great graphic artist and designers (online) and some themes I usually spot are the tattooed pin-up girl ( I can see how fun it is to draw them), the Japanese kimono girl (fun to draw) and the Aztec warrior guy (kick ase)…so to start off, following that trend, here’s a Aztec boy…not sure if it’s historically accurate…okay…

yeah, well, here I am and I’m typing when I could be watching the last of the Yu Yu Hakusho episodes.  I always try to finish what I started, so if in the middle of a marathon I sketch something should I keep watching or get busy at work?  finish what you started would be an excuse right about now.  well, since I’m typing this I’ll add the culprits that ruined my marathon.
